@bluesand: This is not an opinion. China is trying to license the name brand in WTO. If they win, they will have the only "rights" to selling Buon Ma Thuot to the world. Do you understand?

    hi all of you
I have visited this topic many times and i wanted to share my opinion many times too, but till now i just have free time to write clearly my opinion

I know and i understand what Uncle Habu said coz China runs faster than our. why i say that? just answer why China can realize how to make money on our property, how to own BMT coffee brand. Not only BMT coffee, now the brand of Phu Quoc Sauce is facing this problem.

Goverment should support to Companies for them to protect themselves in front of foreign conpanies. besides, let them know about WTO as much as better coz 70% of companies of Vn is small and medium enterprises so that they are lack of knowledge about International Trade, lack of knowledge about Trade mark.

On the other hand, many Vietnamese enterprises have owned their brand, trademark not only in Vn, but over the word in another field like: garment, shoes,…however, small and medium businesses think that they do not need to do this because they are not enough, not enough of the other. Because not learning from other businesses, do not save experience and close association with each other so when they have problems then began calling for help.
Generally, Vnese Enterprises dont have a deep vision and abroad to enhance themselve
i think its en experience not only for government but also for all of companies, fields
Regaining this brand is so hard but i hope vietnam will win anyway

@Camnghienboy: That’s just the subject of this topic, Nghien. That’s not mean he thought Buon Ma Thuoc is Chinese. I think he just want to express this paradox.
